I need you to program a Gerber File Viewer in VB.NET MVC 5. You have to write it using Bootstrap and Telerik Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC controls.

Function:

1) Upload with file selection or drag and drop either a zip file (unzip) or individual files.

2) After that different colors will be assigned to the layers uploaded

3) user can change the order (front/back) of the layers with drag and drop (kendo ui)

4) user can change the color of the layers freely with color selection (kendo ui)

5) Zooming in and out is possible.

The code will later be implemented in our software project.
