We need a software app for windows, android and iphone, capable to request and follow the status of the service requested by the clients. All client must request service using their computers, cellphone or tablet, after a request is made, it must send an email to the client and to the company with the information the client included. The request must have 4 status "received, programed, standby and completed" . The requests must have a unique number for identification, then the adminstrador must update the request to a "Service Order" and include the day will be attended. When the client received the service, the technicians will request the client to sign the Service order using a tablet or and cellphone. The application for the client must be online, but the applications the technicians have in their tablet, must be used online or offline, in case of offline situations, before they left the company, they have to update the information of the app and after they finnished the day, they must update the data using wifi or cellphone data. When the technician arrived client site, the app must register the gps information, date and time, after the service is finnished the technician must write the information of the service made, give the client to sign the form and it must register the gps information, date anf time again to calculate the duration of the service One administrative console to assign the services and make changes to the clients request The software must have 4 kinds of users, 1 adminstrator, 2 technician 3 Client 4 Supervisor.
