Automate Customer Emails

First, I am not a founder or CEO. I am a sales representative that is looking for a script or program to help automate a portion of my workday. I cannot integrate with SalesForce, because this is not something every sales rep will have access to. I am doing this to gain a competitive advantage at my workplace.

The software program needs to be able to:

-Run a report in SalesForce

-Export the report to Excel file

-Cross reference the excel file for duplicates

***The report will be new sales leads that come into salesforce. I want the report generated every hour, but I don't want to email customers more than once per day. Salesforce reports can not be edited by the hour, so I need to generate the report, export the records to an excel file, and repeat every hour, but then consolidate the file to erase any duplicate leads.

-Send a mass mailing email using the excel file (or however you want to store the data.) Right now I do this using the Mail Merge option in Microsoft Word. The only requirement is it must come from my work email address (can supply exchange password information) and it cannot say "on behalf of" etc. like many mail providers do.

-Repeat every hour on the hour from 8 - 8 EST
