Bilateral filter code need.

There are bilateral filter code on the internet for matlab, java and C++... But i need it in C#.
Basically i need a function with input is an array of byte of an image, apply bilateral to smooth skin but still keep egdes stay sharp and return the modifed aray. Something like this:
void BilateraFilter(byte[] input, byte[] output)
{
.............
}
Notice: byte[] input will be RGB byte array of image with
input[0]=Red
input[1]=Green
input[2]=Blue
input[3]=Alpha
input[4]=Red .....
And ouput must be the same.
I need this function source code in C# , with a demo that able to open an image, smooth it with function to show that it work. And it must for color image.
