I have over 1o years on project management experience and have extensively used best project management processes and templates in the CMM level 5 certified company - Dell Services. I am certified PMP since 2009, hence fully conversant with all the 10 process areas. I propose to create not only a compelling business case, but a very comprehensive plan from business case feasibility study to implementation of the same. This will cover business case along with ROI, Project Charter (for this case study), Microsoft Project Plan, Resource ramp-up plan, RAIDO matrix, Quality Processes/Plan, costing, schedule with milestones. I can take up the business case mentioned in the chapter 3. But I would like to discuss the details with the sponsor of this business case study. It's important to understand the requirement and end-goal before embarking on planning/execution. I can be contacted from 8AM to 10PM India standard time. If the sponsor is located in America's time zone, then I can be contacted even after 10PM my time with prior communication. We can work this out as I am quite adept at handling customers globally. I propose to be in continuous communication with the sponsor thru emails, daily progress reports, milestone delivery, getting the delivery reviewed and revise the same as and when needed.
