Commission based lead generation for SEO for professionals

I'm interested in performance based lead generation. i.e. When I get paid for business, you get paid. I do SEO for professionals for whom each new client is worth several thousand dollars (example: a new patient for a chiropractor may be worth $5000 - the limit of their insurance). Each sale for me is in the $2000-$4000 range. Clients usually pay 50% to start and 50% on completion. That is the schedule and rate at which you would be paid your commission. I need lead generators in a multitude of cities to call specific types businesses, or you can email them first, if you have a list. I have near 100% success in getting clients on the first page of Google organic listing for relevant keywords. I have been doing this for 10 years and have a marketing background. A valid lead is one whom you have explained the service to, told that it is expensive, can afford it, and you have received an "I'm interested in hearing more" response. I have been achieving a 1% close ratio on my current email efforts. Your bid should be for a price for each client you introduce to me to that contacts with me. I am looking for up to five new clients a week. You pay all your expenses. You must be excellent speaking English and have a pleasant voice, be professional, have some sales background that required good verbal skills and qualifying customers, and ideally understand the basics of search engine optimization and how websites work.
