We provide a menu management software solution to multi-unit restaurant concepts and are looking for a Lead Generation expert to help us generate new leads for our products. You will be calling into the headquarters of restaurant brands (ex. PF Chang's, Applebees, etc...) to identify the appropriate decision maker(s) and qualify them for potential opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Document, track and monitor all leads and interactions
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospects via phone and/or email
- Develop a basic knowledge of our products and offer customized business solutions to prospects
- Follow up with any leads generated through other marketing initiatives
Skills:
- Experienced b2b outbound lead generation
- Basic, non-technical understanding of business process management (BPM) software and how it can improve profitability
- Accurate reporting for tracking and exporting of contacts to email campaigns
- A complete Freelancer profile
- References or an established reputation on Freelancer preferred
