comma delimited lists generated from website(s)

We require 6 comma delimitted email lists with the following heading fields:

Store, Phone Number, email address, URL, city, state/province, country

The lists will be extracted from an online website (TBA). Six lists correspond to six countries.

Total line entries on the list are approximately 2500.

Payment at completion only. No up-front deposit acceptable. 6 files total to be in .csv format generated from microsoft excel. All files to be virus free or will be rejected and project voided. All files to meet specification or will be rejected and project voided. Deadline: 3 days from time of award of project or project will be voided.
