Create E-book Template Using Adobe InDesign

This job is to create an e-book template in Adobe InDesign CS2. The completed template will be used to format a new e-book which I will post as a job once the text and images are finalized. This template will require an e-book cover, table of contents, chapter title pages, and body master pages. The template and final e-book should be of a small file size when exported to pdf. I would expect the successful bidder to use their creativity when coming up with appropriate layouts, colors and fonts while remembering the content is the most important element. To the successful bidder, I will provide the e-book outline, title, sample images and text for layout and style definitions purposes. You must be proficient in using InDesign features such as creating/editing books, styles, master pages, cross-references, and anchored frames. *Please confirm your proficiency of the above items when placing a bid.* ## Deliverables Adobe InDesign e-book template created as a book file to include: - e-book cover - table of contents (separate file) - chapter title pages x 10 (approx.) - body text master pages to include headers (chapter heading) and footers (website link, copyright, page number) - each chapter to be in a separate file - using master pages to create new page templates - fully defined paragraph, character and object styles (eg, heading, body, TOCs, etc) based on sample text and images supplied to successful bidder. New styles should be based on an existing format. Page size: 280mm H x 210mm W Before finalizing the template, please submit an initial concept for the e-book cover, a chapter title page, and a body text master page for review. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform File format: Adobe InDesign CS2 for Windows
