Book Review Mobile App

I'd like to develop an iPhone app that allows customers to scan Book barcodes then be provided with a comprehensive book review and rating. The book review would be provided via the Amazon product API or another company with a similar sized book review database that is open via an API. The book review would include the key features in AMazon such as title, description, start rating, also read these and feedback. As per Amazon's conditions, we'd need to allow the user to purchase the book via a link to AMazon. i require a iPhone developer who can take finished designs and UX and build the application. This will include deploying application into a live environment for launch.
