Cross platform web browser app with embedded ASP.NET web server

I need to deploy a WCF service and an ASP.NET MVC 3 application as a desktop application. Ideally it would work in Windows, Linux and MAC so I feel it should be created using Mono - but I am open to suggestions.

The application should also meet the following requirements...

1. The browser needs to be able to handle HTML5.

2. When the browser launches it should initialize the embedded ASP.NET web server and navigate to the root of the site.

3. The server needs to be able to work with .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0.

4. The browser should stop the web server before closing. Ideally the browser and server would be in the same process.

5. The browser will simply be used to render our web application. As such, it should not have any navigation or configuration menus.

6. The user should not be able to view the source of use any special browser shortcut keys.

7. I should be able to add a custom icon for the browser.

In your response, please address each of the items above and identify any areas of concerns. I welcome suggestions on how to improve the project.
