Anime & Manga Translation

I'm looking for someone who can translate from Japanese to English with good fluency.
The project is related to Otaku [url removed, login to view] note that I'm looking for someone who can be available on-line 2 PM (EST) and afterward so please provide your on-line times when you bid and your time zone.
The translation will involve translating video footage (20 minutes) on average the footage will have 300 lines (approximately 6-9 words in each line).
I would like the translation to be done within 6 hours.
