1 minute explainer video as for attached script

Looking for 1 minute animation as for attached script.

Bid should be just for the animation we will provide music, voice over and sound design.

Animation should be 2d cartoon / illustration based, for the most part.

Steps

1)characters approval

2)storyboard

3)draft animation

4)final animation with sound and voice over provided buy us. -final voice over will be in spanish-.

Initial milestone doen not have to exceed 50% of the bid. Release of final milestone will be at delivery and approval of final video.
