Cell Phone Repair Commercial

We are a cell phone repair company. The commercial needs to be targeted for people who have a broken/shattered cell phone screen and demonstrate in a fun/happy manner. It also needs to communicate highlights such as we will beat any price by $10, discounts to students/law enforcement/military. It needs to say that we repair phones in 30 minutes or less. It needs to have fun/happy music in the background. It needs to have the words on the screen so that people without audio turned on (for facebook, as an example) can still read what is being said. I personally love kinetic text - although not mandatory. Our logo is attached. The person who wins will automatically be selected to make 3 more commercials of the same type at the same price.
