Create ~10-second videos visualizing each IGDA rule.

Review the document at: [login to view URL] Note the INCL, ATTR, and USAG rules, about 52 in total. The scope of this project is to make mini-videos out of each of these rules. The videos will appear on a facebook page with a catchy intro bumper "Adopt This Rule!" so developers can "share" a rule that applies to a current issue within the company. Total running time of all videos together is estimated to be about 10-15 minutes. You will include the "Adopt This Rule!" bumper in each video, which will also identify the rule type and number. Each video will communicate the rule through voice narration, text graphics, and visualization where appropriate. The length of each video will depend on the length of the rule, estimated at 10-30 seconds each. Also note the attached file, which is draft 8-7. If there are any rule differences in this draft, please make an additional version of that rule. The most serious consideration will be given to bidders who submit a sample. To submit a sample, choose a rule in the guide document above and show how you would visualize a portion of it. Choose a rule that is challenging to communicate and that best reflects the extended reach of your creativity. In your response/bid, it must be absolutely clear that you read the project, looked at the file(s), and have something intelligent, clear, or informative to say about what you saw, or you will not be considered. Please do not reply with long boiler plate messages or credentials, or we will suspect an automated reply and it will count against you.
