Create Business Listings from U.S. IP's

I need to create listings for local U.S. businesses in directories like Google places, Yahoo local, InsiderPages, MojoPages, Kudzu and others. There are total of 10 businesses and 10 directories so 100 new listings need to be created. ALL the work has to be done using U.S. IP's. You have to click the confirmation link sent by email and copy the link to the new profile into your final report. I'm paying 0.75$ for each listing created and I need this done in 3 days. This is a recurring weekly project that needs to be done with attention to details and providing 100% of the deliverables.
