Admin Superstar Required for Personal Trainer

Hello stranger, Thanks for stopping by. I am in need of help from an admin Superstar who can assist me with my PT business. You main aim is to book my schedule up so that I have 35 hours worth of appointments each week-that is your goal. To do this, you will need to correspond with my clients to ensure that they are booked in each week (some people train twice a week, others once a week). You will need to track everyone's attendance on a numbers document (or whichever method you think best). This information will need to be relayed to me regularly. My clients often travel for work and leisure and you will need to know when they are travelling and ensure they are booked in for sessions upon their return or ensure you touch base with them once they have returned from their trip. There are other ad-hoc tasks such as sending birthday emails, transcribing audio and sending out general notifications to my clients e.g. when I go on holidays.
