The Position Virtual assistant Zero phone activity data collecting and replying to emails. Australian time 9 to 5.30 daily can work 4 hours or the full 8 hours up to you and can 7 days if wish; Everyday answer emails for 2 websites sites selling a similar product and replying in my name with one site and my partners name on the other. There are zero sales involved just the collection of data from each and every potential client. There will be a standard reply asking them to complete and return a form for every first contact. You will save these forms in a file when they reply and then in a folder with name and then send to me every day so I can reply with diagnosis and treatment plan. The product is hemp oil and we treat all kinds of medical conditions so you need to record a wealth of information that I have attached in word. You might get 100 emails a day asking for help so you return the form and when they send back create a file. Because the oils sells out we get many angry customers who sometime have to wait weeks for their order so will worry about being scammed. I need someone to communicate with these clients compassionately and have a writing skill that will be able to calm them and ensure there order is being processed and will be soon with them. The products are in demand but we are being overwhelmed with orders etc and why I know need to hire someone. So the position you are simply replying to emails with a form to collect information, or reply to an angry or upset customer wanting to know where their order is. You then need create files for clients for me to reply. Very hard industry but you are simply creating the files and replying to emails from customers. Anything stuck you simply send to me.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am an individual and experienced VA from the Philippines with 3 straight-solid-years of experience providing customer support via email. My former client based in the U.K. is selling apparels and garments worldwide. They have a multiple accounts on ebay, amazon, cdiscount, and fruugo aside of their 11 websites which also receives customers. We received a thousand of emails each day from our customers. We are 3 in the team and each of one can reply a minimum of 100 emails a day. We have a standard templates that needs a minor edit so it looks personalized. Their business is a mixed of buy and sell and dropshipping. They ordered a cheap products to a manufacturer company in China and sell internationally through their multiple accounts. Issues that we usually encounters are the quality of products if wrongly address will raise to an A-Z Claim on amazon. Also, there are cases that amazon sends a notification that orders has already been shipped but ran out of stock in processing. I also know how to deal this one even the most angriest customer. The best bet for this role is someone who has been dealing with customers for many years, and can work on the Australian time zone even on week ends (like me). I can work part time or full time too. Hello Kylie, (I assume due to your username) I appreciate the invitation to bid on your project and as I recall saying last time, I would love to work for and with you! I feel this position is perfect for me as I love writing, talking to people and all things health; including psychology which leads me to be quite adept at conflict resolution and therefore great for your 'concerned' customers! However I do understand this is predominantly an administration and data collection position which I also enjoy and have experience in from working in administrative rolls at a training institute and three gyms. I am currently in Europe awaiting news of my study visa so my hours are quite different to those back home in Adelaide.
