I need a client/server application written to manage contacts, create marketing campaigns, and send email to contacts and manage subscriptions/bounce. Application can be developed using VB and backend database would be SQL server. High level capabilities & specifications are listed in the attached document. Please review carefully before bidding to make sure you can do all the work required. My budget is around 200-300 dollars for this project. Please provide your best bids and portfolio, experience for consideration. If you have done any similar project, provide more details of the functionality, login etc. if possible.
