C# program to resign an assembly with Strongnames

Hello coders, I have a program that modifies .NET assemblies and I have an issue when target assemblies are strongnamed. I would like to have the possibility to resign them with a given key. I want a simple program with two editboxes, one to select the target assembly I want to resign and the other to select the strongname key. A "Sign" button will sign the target assembly with the key. Must support both snk and pfx. Must be transparent, should not launch commandline utilities. Thank you !
