Convert PSD/Current site to Magento Go

We currently have a very simple site built on Joomla 1.5. We are looking to migrate/convert the current look and feel of the site to a Magento Go account. We want the look and feel to be the same as well as the layout with some modifications. We can layout the look as a PSD or we can provide the Joomla skin and other files. The site is [login to view URL] We like the layout of our site but want to incorporate into the Magento Go cms. We would prefer the convert to be mostly CSS based to keep the design light. We will set up all content for subpages as well as all the products. The bulk of the work needed is skinning and main page layout. We will be available for all graphic needs. The Electronics theme base provided by Magento Go will suffice as a starting point. If you have a base you would like to go with we are open to suggestions. We would like the front page items to add to cart directly with quantity pull down just like our current site. The product detail link will go directly to each products page. We have three other more complex sites we need converted as well and the winning freelancer has in the inside track for winning those as well.
