I need a business identity package completed ASAP. I already have the hosting and domain name. I need a logo, stationary, and business cards designed and most of all, the website itself created. The website is somewhat easy I believe. I need approximately eight or nine pages. There must be a small database to store the information that is inputted so it can be recalled. I will provide most of the text content, but you must provide or improve the keywords for search ability. The key to me is that the homepage must grab you but still has a elegant and professional look. I DO NOT WANT A GENERIC TEMPLATE SITE, I would like smooth fonts and nice photos that portray a professional image.

We are a Financial Consulting Corp that specializes in the auto industry. We are not a broker, nor do we sell vehicles. The main jist of the business is dealership compliance with various state laws and regulations. There is also consumer division for people who have questions regarding the validity of their contract/loan. There should be a home page with photos, our logo and what services we provide. Contact page, a consumer application page where personal information is inputted and must be secured and stored in a database (all data related to personal/dealer information must be secure in industry standard formats) (I will provide the fields), I will also have a payment page for the consumer that is NOT on the website but I can direct them to it, which accepts credit card, PayPal, western union, checks.

The site should have a login for the customer to see the status/breakdown of the review that we performed and be assigned a customer code, so we can login and pull the customer information (that we created/inputted) and go breakdown various aspects of the audit. The customer (the dealers only) should be able to login and see which deals had issues, if it was a regulatory issue (a link to the exact governmental site for the statue will be provided, along with the potential penalty). For dealers, the analysis should show what level his deal violated (what governmental agency, civil code, etc). I will provide this information). We should be able to input specific deal information for the particular dealer, so they easily identify the deal/file for themselves. There should be a breakdown of everything that was audited, along with a grand total of potential violation amounts in dollars (again I will provide the dollar amount of each violation). This aspect should be very user friendly. I should be able to identify what area the violation occurred in by inputting an assigned code, which will graph the specific violation that occurred in each department and how many times it occurred in each department (I should be able to put the person responsible or who were involved in the deal, so if there is a trend of violations for a specific person, it could be properly addressed by management). The site should mainly focus on the dealer aspect of compliance so it doesn't have to go in the order that I suggested. It should look like websites such as [url removed, login to view] (my first choice), [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], halliburton.com. The photos and fonts you supply will be mine once completed, also I will retain all rights and usage for the software. Now I am referring to the looks of the site, obviously there will not be nearly as many pages or complexity of those sites. I will have as I said only approximately six pages.

I am in time crunch, so I am looking for someone who is efficient since I am providing a majority of the content, you are to provide the programming and the design. The site should be delivered and uploaded to my hosting site, ready to use, error free. I also might look into maintaining the site for small changes etc. so provide a quote for that although the main focus right now is getting the site up and running within a week. Please provide a realistic estimate, also where you are located. I have had bad experiences with oversea coders (although if your price is right and your portfolio looks great then I am open.) I am really looking to get the ball rolling.

I look forward on your bids and hopefully establishing a long term relationship.

Communication is very important to me, whether online or phone I do not want to be left in the dark for four days and then be presented with a "final site," my input is critical if I feel it is not going in the right direction. Although I am not a hard person to please, if you have talent and your suggestions make sense then I’ll go with it (certain aspects though can’t be modified).

The company name is LORAC Enterprises, LLC. ([url removed, login to view]) Logo wise I am open even for just an icon or initials (nicely formatted in the correct font). I have been through this before so I know if you have the style that I like the project should sail through. Upon receiving the project, you immediately must put a temporary front page there with some contact information and "under construction,” since currently there is nothing.

If I like the work, we can later discuss some marketing and web promotion strategies (although I don't need to hear them currently while working on this project). Thanks again, and I look forward seeing your bids, portfolios/website and ideas. Remember time is very critical to me, so please be honest if on your deadline, if you’re working 10 different sites, then this probably isn’t the right project for you.
