Business website build

I am in need of a professional looking website for my cleaning business. I would prefer the color scheme to be lighter shades of blue or green. The purpose of this site will be to provide general information of the services that we offer. If possible, I would like to have a convenient way to personally update the image/text context of the site in the future. I would like the website to also include a customer form to request a cleaning quote, a customer satisfaction survey form and the ability to purchase gift certificates through our website. I would also like the main website to have a scroll/bulletin of comments that can be submitted by customers (I would like the ability to approve comments before they display). I am also interested (if reasonably priced) in having an integrated calendar system that employees can enter scheduled appointments into. This calendar system must be able to host schedules from multiple cities. I will need the ability to manually add additional cities and easily navigate through each calendar. The calendars will also need to be synced together to search for time slot conflicts. I would also like an employee scheduling system that can also be synced with the calendar to assign employees to specific appointments, with the ability to search or be made aware of scheduling conflicts that may arise from employees scheduled in multiple city calendar time slots at the same time. I would also need both systems to sync together to print out a daily / weekly employee's schedule. This would obviously need to be password protected within the website. I would need the ability to assign username and passwords to access this information. If there is already a program like this that can be integrated or linked to the site that is perfectly fine. As I hinted before, this is just a "dream" request if it is even a possibility. The person developing this site must have the ability to build a professional logo graphic based off of a poor design that I made and the ability to produce any other graphics that may be required when developing the main site. For completion of this project, please have this up and running on a development webserver I can access to test its functionality as described.
