Complete website design + logo

I need a complete website solution. If you win the bid I will explain the business idea to you and you must produce a professional logo and a fully built website with all necessary content including explaining the business and any other necessary information. The website will not be very big, likely only 3-4 pages and contain mostly text. It must be pleasing in appearance and must appeal to 40yr old+ single mothers, so no wild graphics. It must also quickly convey what we do very clearly with supporting images. It should be able to be done with simple HTML as no dynamic data will be used. Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before ANY information is released! Applicants must speak English as a first languange and/or have a very strong command of the language. A good marketing history is a bonus since content will be minimal so the site needs to have a big impact. Must reside in the USA! Sorry, I want easy access by phone and no language or cultural barriers. Please provide examples of logo or other image design work.
