Create small website from scratch

I need a website and content created that I can build onto later. The specifics aren't important right now, I just need a nice template/starter-website including basic content intended to get placement on search engines. I would like you to add content but you shouldn't need to be familiar with the subject. Content will need to be related to the subject, but the details don't matter, although it should be more than nonsense/jibberish. If you are familiar with designing with the intention to get high placement on search engines that would help. Eventually, I will modify and update the site with specific/accurate/useful information and possibly generate ad revenue. When I do that, I will probably use Dreamweaver so whatever you design with it shouldn't be anything that could cause problems with Dreamweaver. I would like maybe 4-8 pages or so. The main front page is of course the most important, but it would be nice to have a few more. I would like the design to be professional, simple to navigate, and very modern. If you can design a logo or other simple artwork for the site that would help. This website will be automobile-related. Further information will be provided upon request. Thanks!
