Design of social icons for website

We need a sidebar design to group our social icons. We will require links to Facebook page, LinkedIn page and Twitter account and the addition of a Facebook like button.
The design will be required in layered Photoshop file.
Current website artwork will be provided to possible designers and styling should be consistent with the rest of the website.
The design will need to include the layout of the icons, and the surrounding box (icons to be used in sidebar).
