Build an Online Store

I don't really need a robust online store. I don't need a traditional shopping cart. I'm selling only one product (at 4 price levels) and its intangible, so I won't be shipping anything. What I want would resemble (and work like) a donation page. Such as: [login to view URL] So the customer would see be asked how much they want to spend / Phone number / Address / CC info / Click SEND / Confirmation Page and DONE. As far as bells and whistles, they would need to enter the phone number twice, and have the site verify on-the-fly that they entered it correctly (kind of like password confirm.) I want a video (that I'll provide) at the top of the page to start playing as soon as someone visits the website for the first time. Mobile version / friendliness a MUST. Oh, and it has to be in Spanish (with a link to see an English version.) Don't worry if you don't speak Spanish, I can provide translation. Behind the scenes I NEED to be notified immediately when a sale has been made. I would need to know how much was spent and what phone number was given. I would want the info texted to me. Can you create this site on pinnacle cart? Weebly? Or must it be self-hosted? I like the shopping cart hosted route because there is a lot of order sale tracking functionality. But I'm open to other ideas. From you I want STRONG communication and trustworthiness. Don't bid if this project doesn't seem easy to you. Don't bid if your schedule is too full.
