Consultancy Services Website Design

I would like to create a professional and high interactive website with the view of running an Australian based property consultancy service. It is a nessecity the website is sleek, easily accessible, visible via search engines and ultimately flawless from a design perspective. We would like to be able to easily update the website, however this would not be a frequent exercise (i.e. once every two weeks). We have intentions to be fully self dependant, and whilst our IT knowledge is reasonable, we are certainly not experts. The website will be targeted towards your average, middle/upper-middle classed Australian seeking to acquire residential, commercial and industrial property for the purpose of occupying, passivley investing or looking to add value and on sell. The aim of the service I intend to provide is a one stop property solution. Locating a property to purchase is often time consuming and confusing particularly for an individual or company who has has limited or no previous experience. I would like to have a purchaser be made aware that we will use our knowledge and track record to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved on their behalf. This operation will be based in the Sydney CBD, however our services extend to NSW as a whole. The fee for our services is not nessecarily going to be cheap, therefore we would like a heavy emphasis on the knowledge and track record we have built up over time. We would like to recieve submissions with the intentions of selecting a tendered in early June. Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
