Basically when someone choose the indicador on the dropdown menu, this will go to a second page based on Indicadores de Conteudo - pagina [url removed, login to view] with the selected indicador displaying on the dropdown.

Inserting suggested interface: Add Indicador: [Inputbox] [Submit], Insert data containing [value inputbox] % on [DropDown Indicador] for [Dropdown containing all months] of [Year Inputbox]
Edit or delete suggested interface: Select Indicador Dropdown
Select Year Dropdown
Select Month Dropdown
Textbox containing the exist data as default.
Button 1 – Update data
Button 2 – Delete Indicador
Update will update the database based on the selected parameters and inputed data.
Delete will delete the record based on the selected parameters.
