Craigslist/Ebay meets Groupon/Living Social Website Needed!!

Hello, I'm looking for a basic project to be completed. The functionality would be almost if not all similiar to what is associated with [login to view URL] but with a few tweaks. Along with the usual functionality of registering your email and contact info into a database for any service i.e. (Groupon or Living Social), I would like some functionality to be relative to www.tradedailydeal.com. I have a few requirements that should be implemented that is associated with Craigslist/Ebay functionality. Here are the 5 main aspects I want out of this project. 1) The ability for customers to list their unused daily deals (photos, descriptions, expiration dates, etc.) based off of location and type of daily deal i.e. (Restaurants, Services, Health & Beauty, Events, and Recreation) and ability to receive payment of listing transaction of barter/exchange to www.dealbarter.com. 2) The ability for customers to exchange and barter their daily deals with one another given that each party agrees of the terms and conditions. 3) The ability to receive payment of transaction of barter/exchange to www.dealbarter.com. 4) SEO/SEM 5) Publishing capabilities for potential advertisers such as Groupon and Living Social with Banner Ad capabilities, etc. That is as simple as it gets. I have the purchased the domain name entitled [login to view URL] and have a basic logo attached. If you can help me paint a picture of my vision along with accepting a low offer, than much more work will come in the future should this start-up venture take flight. Thank you!
