Customize Wordpress Theme

I'm looking for someone with a strong understanding of word press to customize an existing theme. I already have all the graphics work completed so you just need to implement. The work includes: 1. Convert an existing slide show to a standard photo display with a search form and text. Or, keep the existing slide show, but add an overlay with text and a search form. This is similar to the [login to view URL] homepage. 2. Modify a horizontal graphic so that it is a little wider. 3. Add layout to the content areas on a couple pages. These pages have already been designed; you just need setup the layout and to add the graphics. 4. Possibly move the logo from the middle to the left…the background may have to be adjusted also. 5. Add small graphic icons to some locations. 6. Install and make sure it is running properly. There may be a few other small items, but that is the bulk. Please remember that I am providing the graphics...you just need to implement the changes. We can work out milestone payments, but I will not place funds in escrow until some work is completed and I know its good. I need this done quickly.
