Ad Q&A Ability To Existing Wordpress Website.

We want to turn this site into a very active community site and by answering questions, generate a lot of content. We already have a lot of content that ranks well in the search engines so we want to preserve that but yet have a very prominent Q&A portion. [login to view URL] Here are things that are important to us. 1) Dont destroy the SEO of material already in place. 2) Easy system for taking questions and then responding to them once per day. 3) Clean look so that really feels like an active community 4) Q&A material generates a new page with their questions as the title. 5) Easy to deal with spam/junk For the right person, we are willing to do this with two milestones: 1) Rough concept phase (show us what you plan to do before doing) 2) Implementation phase (do what we agreed upon). If you want to bid only on part 1) and then based on what we agree on, bid part 2, that is fine as well.
