Alter a template to suite my needs

Hi there, I purchased the Listable template which works on Wordpress to create a business directory. I need assistance in three things, please, which I suspect might require you to change the theme a little bit. The front page search engine allows for three items, namely "What are you looking for", "Region", "Category". The problem is that when you click onto region, the whole region list comes up on a dropdown which 1) is far too long to read through 2) drops over the "Category" slot. I need this dropdown to disappear so people can type in the location they require themselves. My second problem is that there is a free listing (which the system calls a 'job) and a paid for listing I offer.(I have purchased the WOO commerce plugin). I have set up the paid listing plan as the "Premium" plan, which asks people the information they need to enter for the listing to appear, it gives them the option to preview their listing, but does not force them to pay for the listing should they wish to purchase the plan. The third problem I have is that I wish to charge for these premium listings according to the countries in which the listings take place, eg. R550 for South Africa, $550 for USA, pounds for the UK etc to ensure that affiliates/agents who sell our listing there, get fair commission on their work. Agents should get 30% (of the payment for a Premium Plan) as commission for their listings. If you are able to fix any one of these problems, please let me know and quote me on your services.
