I'm trying to learn how to get my linkedin API working and I wanted to get some help. My request is relatively basic. I would like to get my python web app to display data from linkedin using their API. If possible, I would prefer for the site to be coded on [login to view URL] and/or web2py framework. Once authorized I think I can do the rest but it would be great if you could code one or two API calls as examples. For example display user data, return education for a particular user. No need to make the webpage pretty - I'm new to using APIs and couldn't get the authentication process working so just trying to learn.

I have a lot of experience with navigating APIs. I can show you the basics for how Oauth works, and the basic setup that is required for most of the APIs that I have had experience with working in the eCommerce field. I can write the code examples so that you can begin making that cool linkedin app. I am new to freelancer, but I am not new to python, linux, and APIs. I will do what it takes to make sure you can use linkedin's API. I put a tentative 2 day completion date, as I am not sure how deep we need to get. However, if Oauth is your problem, we could get that setup in no time. Thanks for your time and consideration. James Munsch
