Build a HTML5 based GUI for 3D scanning of objects

The project consist in creating a nice prototype of a GUI for scanning an object into a 3D model. In the scanning process additional features such as curves, vectors, edges are extracted. These features should also be visualised. All the processing is done in a backend which is not part of this project. The backend communicates to the GUI (this project) through websockets using JSON formatted data.
The GUI consist of 5 views: front -> SCAN -> EDIT -> RUN -> progress

The GUI should run on a 10" tablet.
The GUI will recieve geometries via websockets continously while scanning. (the scanner is actually a line scanner on a robot).
Here is a list of points that I require. Other choices might be possible but i would need to know.
- 3D view (in SCAN,EDIT,RUN) implemented using webgl
- geometries to visualize: colored triangle mesh, colored point clouds, vectors/arrows, curves(vetices connected by edges)
- user should be able to remove geometries/features (EDIT)
- user should be able to clear scanned data (SCAN)
- user should be able to navigate in the 3D view. Inspecting scanned points
- functions for translating and rotating geometry
- user should be able to open an advanced property view on a feature (EDIT). The propertyview should be a popup where named values can be changed so (string,double) pairs.
-user should be able to change orientation of arrows in the 3d view in (EDIT view)
