Build an Online Store

B2B e-commerce website with password protected customer access. Requirements:  Bilingual website (French and English)  Live chat available 24/7 with messages being directed to the salesperson’s business mobile phone or computer if the employee is at the office;  Capability for pop-up welcome window displaying monthly special product offer;  Capability for emphasis of certain products in the product grid for promotional purpose;  Discount system with customer levels;  Search bar with auto complete (recognize everything from product number, model, color, description);  Capability to add or remove transportation fees per client, with a default setting (similar to discount levels);  Ordering options: payment online with credit card or purchase added to client’s account;  Invoice sent by email to client;  Exportable sales data;  Exportable data on customer behavior such as session time and clicks;  Product pictures will be able to be zoomed to at least 40% of the screen and remain HD. I have programming experience probably sufficient for maintaining the website once it is built, but I don't have time to spend on building something that has already been built. I would be satisfied with a pre-existing model or template that would save some money.
