Build an Online Store

I got a website on Prestashop, i need to build some pages with a subscription procedure with some design flow of forms, an example of what i want can be shown in private for some of the websites, of course a sketch of the design would be given to you. The form flow can not be accessed till the user either logged in if he/she is an existing user or need to register if a new user. at the end of the Form flow process he will get a product added to the cart to checkout. from back office, each user will have a profile with the subscription based he add for the product he purchased as well some other information. from the user account he will have the possibility to suspend the subscription or re-activate it anytime they want. More information will be given when the right candidate is selected. The right candidate should be a Prestashop developer. samples of his work for e-commerce on prestashop platform should be provided and better if he had done a subscription base e-commerce.
