Build an Online Store

I am really interested in this project and looking forward to build a very long-term working relationship. I’m certainly not the world’s foremost expert on Opencart (yet!), but I’m constantly growing and refining my craft.

I'm an experienced Web Designer, Web developer , Web programmer, Technical support, and a Social Media Specialist. I'm knowledgeable to cPanel, Linux, VPS and Plesk servers and its components and feautures. I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Technical Support assisting U.S. and Australian customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines under well known web hosting companies like (VERIO NTT AMERICA) and MELBOURNEIT (AUSTRALIA). I interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. I gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving DNS, websites, emails, changes, updates, SSL, and more. I would like to showcase my learnings , utilizing the opportunity to offer proven and developing skills to your clients.
