As you are asking for C# and MSSQL code, your best choice would be NopCommerce. Is easy to make nopcommerce to made a txt file after each order is completed (You work with Events) and you have to use the framework and install the plugin I'll code for you. The plugin can do whatever you want, you just have to ask me what you need it for (the only thing I can read was the .txt file stuff). I do not think we need nop-commerce to complete this project. It seems extra headache to us if we will go in this route. As I understand you have few products to manage so I think normal custom application is ok for you. But yes, I would prefer to use a ready HTML theme to build our website. Which will help us to get the thing faster and in low cost. Now, the main concern is to generate the licensing format. I am not sure in this area so I need your co-operation to make it perfect. Now, as I said I need to generate random txt file so it should need to save is server as well. I understand that when we will send an email to user for purchase confirmation we will have to send this txt file as an attachment too. But can you please clear what should I put in this txt file? If need any algo or anything else please send me this so that I can use it or you can send me the concept, I will make the algorithm from there. Note: You need to give access to the folder where we will save this txt file.
