DOCQNET is a system for storing and accessing information related to DBO Functions. DOCQNET and other systems based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM in general are highly customizable. It can be integrated with packages such as ADX Studio to create web based applications accessible by the public and DBO users.
The system is also highly scalable meaning that it can accommodate the DBO’s needs as the department continues to grow with regards to the types and volume of data stored in the system. DOCQNET data come from different sources like legacy finger print system, Mail, Phone, Portal Application. DOCQNET also interfaces with FINRA = Financial Industry Regulatory Authority used by BD/IA. The success of the import functionality from FINRA has been used as a blueprint to model the data imported from NMLS.
DOCQNET data used by Licensing specialists and examiners from CFL, CRMLA, MLO, CDDTL, Escrow, BDIA. Consumer Services Offices for handling complaints and user inquiries. Securities and Regulatory division for tracking notices and filings
