Build a multi-store Magento Shop w/ Theme

I need a Magento 2.0+ (community version) installed with Porto theme that I already have bought ([login to view URL]), with the following: - Setup all in a WINDOWS IIS server (NOT UNIX web server) - Setup theme like THEME DEMO on the above link - Setup MULTI-STORE (the store is for online food delivery, and there are TWO physical stores, and depending on where the customer LIVES[delivery address] the order is sent either to ONE STORE or ANOTHER). At the beginning of the website (homepage) the user must select which STORE they want to browse the products & categories for. The user can also change store after at any page of the website. Most products/categories will be shared (or duplicated if need be) between both stores, but some will only be available for one store and not the other store.
