The lower categories all move up with one disappearing. On hover affect the lower menu items should not disappear. All other elements should remain statis. We need this addressed to complete the design element on the project that the crappy third party design company didn't finish. The two main root files are attached that control this entire setup. main nav file and the main css. All funds will be placed in escrow upon acceptance by the winning bidder. You will be given access to the demo site (Server Access) where the SEO work is being completed. This will allow you to work live from the server for testing purposes using the actual hosting environment. Any solution must be w3c compliant and cross browswer compatible.
