CSS Site designer

This should be a simple project for the right person. I need a simple CSS site done for a new startup printing service. It will consist of the following pages. 1. Index 2. About us 3. Contact us 4. Services Provided 5. FTP transfer page. This FTP Transfer area is to be a page where customers can log in and be able to upload, store and download files in a secure area separate from all the other clients. Clients should be able to create their own login to the site and reset password via email confirmation protocol. Site owner will need to be able to see a directory of the different client store files and be notified of all new uploads. There needs to be a simple admin function that will allow the site owner to reset passwords of the client and to add and delete client folders and files. We have the logo and graphics we want to use and the theme for the look is already decided upon and we have a start on the artwork for that. We are currently developing text for each page and will finish the text after site is developed. We need someone who is talented at taking our pieces and creating a tightly integrated website that will be coded properly for SEO and browser compatibility. Most of the artwork is in illustrator format and the provider will need to be able to utilize what we have and we need this project done and launched before Christmas. Please submit samples that demonstrate your ability to accomplish these tasks. We are hopeful to find the right person to handle this project as we anticipate more projects in the near future that will be similar.
