Convert Joomla Template to functional website

Convert stock Joomla 3.4 template to a functioning-test website. Then photoshop ideas towards main page, product logos, labels and page building. Then test and integrate into functioning pieces of the site. We are a New company with out a logo, products/labels or photos at this time but would like to hire and line up as well as get ideas on how to scale the project. Keep in mind, there's 3 companies in total being formed, with one parent company. My focus is on the parent 'nutrition companies' website and go from there to launch products and other domains. This will be a long term thing so I'm looking to work with one jack or jill of all trades. Please be familiar with joomla and all affiliates/plug ins, godaddy c-panel integration, photoshop or equivalent and a fun-over all, savvy graphic designer :) Pay scale is starting out and subjective to deliverables* Contact Cody with questions and or Ideas!
