Convert Three modern Web pages to HTML 3.x

I need three modern web pages converted to HTML 3.X stand alone web pages.
I maintain an application that, among other things, displays HTML help pages. I want to add three more help pages to the application, but the old application does not support modern HTML 4.x
The three pages are “javadoc” pages that explain the java API to some new added features. The java application uses a “javahelp” module for it’s help system which is limited. If you don’t understand this paragraph, don’t worry, I will explain better in the next.
I need the three attached web pages converted in this way:
* HTML 3.x (not HTML 4.x, not HTML5)
* Make each a stand alone page with no links to other files.
* * No links to external CSS files.
* * No images
* * No links to outside the page.
* * No frames
* Remove the navigation bars (since there is no place to navigate to)
* It does -not- need to look exactly like the original, but should look organized, easy to read, and easy to find specific details the user may be looking for.
Here is a link to a typical javadoc style. Your style can be different but it should still look organized.
