Converting PSD to XHTML and CSS

--- Convert PSD file to a valid XHTML/CSS (tableless, W3C Valid, external stylesheet) web page. • Compatible with (minimum) IE, Firefox & Safari. • All styles should be placed in an external stylesheet - no inline. • It is important that the code is clean and organized and friendly for SEO The structure of the page is quite complex so ONLY professionals are expected. It is also very important that you have experience in coding boxes with rounded corners using only CSS and WITHOUT using javascipt.... I need to see examples of this that you have created because my design uses many boxes with rounded corners of different heights and widths. These boxes will have text dynamically added from my database and therefore they need to be flexible. If this first project is a success, we can start working on the other pages.
