We are looking for a software developer who can helps us to build a solution in cloud for cost allocation methodologies. The software needs to be top in terms of user interfaceing with the latest user interface design, it needs to allow the user to follow a certain process flow, allow then to build a process map like Visio with their own timestamps and costs, upload financial data securely and remotely, then the data should be store in a database and the calculations executed and last it needs to have 10 to 15 standard reports. You should present case studies of other projects you have done similiar to this and provide a description of what solutions / softwares / programming languages you are planning to use.
