Design landing & home pages and five inside page templates

Let me say before all else -- I need someone DETAIL-ORIENTED. Down to color shades! I WILL be paying attention to the details, so let's be on the same page with that before we start working together. Okay, now here's what I need done: I've got a logo, and general idea for the look I want for my website's landing page. I need someone super-creative with design to take my general idea and make it spectacular, and then design an awesome home page that matches. THEN I need the template for the inside pages. The layout/format should be the same for all five inside pages; the only difference would be the color scheme. As far as style goes, I'm aiming for a clean, smooth, uncluttered look, with all links in large, beautifully-designed clickable buttons. What I do NOT want is the run-of-the-mill, impractical, cookie-cutter look. I will give first consideration to proposals that include examples of their default style type used. Also, I hope you have plenty of font options to show me! If you make a proposal, please be prepared to see this project through to completion. Please be prepared to give me a few concept choices for each page or element, and be ready and willing to work with my comments and feedback (no English communication issues, please). If we could get this done in a week or two, it'd be great. Please only make a proposal if you have the time to respond to my feedback in a timely manner (minutes are ideal, perhaps hours if dealing with time zone problems). Also, I know I'll be needing to update and tweak things on this site in the future, and I would love if you were open to being re-hired for those future modifications. From past experience, I know I can get many proposals quickly. I don't want to wait too long before selecting someone, so if you are serious about this job, please let me know why you would be the perfect designer for this. The more quality, RELEVANT information you provide, the greater your odds of being chosen. But again, let me repeat -- please understand this is for meticulous, detail-oriented designers.
