School APP - open to bidding

Hi, We are working on schools for SMS programs and school management system. Our work includes communicating with parents to know about their children academic progress. We will be sending absentees intimation, home work, timetable, marks achieved. We have an ERP website through which we will be sending the intimation. Now we need an app , to communicate with the parents all the above mentioned things. Each student should have a login id & password to view their notifications only. Admin panel should be there to manage the notifications. Gallery can be common for one school. We are working on many schools, and there should be a seperate login for all the schools. If a student logs in he should be able to see his notifaction for that day and he should be able to view his profile. This is the brief description of my needs. Please let me know the proceedings so that we can meet by tomorrow. If possible. Either you come here or I come there. I can manage your travel expenses.
