Automate Website Listing Update

I have a listing on a website that I would like to have updated at regular intervals. Here is a screencast video that shows the process: [url removed, login to view] I will need a windows C# .NET application built to automate updates. Other requirements: > allow user to enter a username and password for the site > set how often (interval) to execute the script (minutes and hours) > the program will also need to keep a history of successful and failed attempts (date and status) > the program will need to be able to run in the system tray once it is started > hovering over the system tray icon should give a summary of statistics (attempts: successes and failures) > Double-clicking the icon should open up setting and full history Deployment: > must deploy to Window 7 (64bit), Windows Vista, Windows XP Please provide your most competitive bid as I would like to get started on this as soon as possible.
